It was great to see so many faces at 5:30pm. And I'm impressed with the good form so many of the ladies are doing with their clean and jerks and their front squats. Guys...you too of course. I really like the 21/15/9 kinda WODs.

Yea..man the 5:30 and 6:30 class was killing it. I was starving before the WOD, I just wanted to hurry up so I can eat..lol. My energy level was low. RoseMary you were pulling strong in the 5:30 class. First time for my sister Priscilla and nephew Alex to do clean & jerks. They did very good.
