ReplyDeleteI really don't like the 20 minute WODs. I don't know why. Completed 5, but did 5 and a half (finished the jumps). But It was a great workout. Total body WOD. It's good for us. right??? YES, it is!

ReplyDeleteI did this workout by myself after everyone left. It was hard and OMG..those dips!! I started it off 4 dips at a time..and then it fell to 1..1..1. That was hard. Completed 4 Rounds and then completed (jump rope, pushups and squats)..just needed dips and "lil b" to complete 5 Rds. My triceps are exploding today.
ReplyDeleteI got 4.2 rounds. I'm w/ Pam - the ring dips were KILLER - and I was even using the band!!
