Push ups after all that CORE work was so hard. I don't even want to stand up now.

oh and btw, since everyone has been burning up the record board, i have again run out of 1" tape , it's not available locally and i have to order, lol...it's a good thing, so names and times are coming soon!!!

Great WOD! My time sucked.....it's those darn burpees...they slow me down. My time was 31:51. I agree w/ Rosemary, after all those situps I should not have an ounce of fat on me!! It all moved to my butt!! LOL
ReplyDelete5:30 class was feeling the torture. Uhhh..ok Jeremy..like seriously, can you go any faster on this one? Oh, and my mouth dropped when I saw your double unders..WTH..crazy! Gloria, i'm soo proud of your Rx!! Thats a big improvement.
ReplyDeleteJeremy- This one was tough I am fortunate that my double unders are strong though cause if I could not knock them out like that. I could see where that would slow me up. HAHA Good job 530 class! Don't usually work out that late but it is good to see different faces.
