DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Mon 6/8 WOD "Karen"

Time to take on Karen today!

Kelly may have kicked some of our buts last week, but we can make it up to her by beating up her good friend Karen!!

  1. Jeremy- I always hate monday workouts and Karen is just another reason to do so. Something that sounds so easy burns so bad. We had a good turnout at noon. Good Job to all that were there! Think my time was 4min 39 sec

  5. WOW!!! I beat the guys too!!!! Can you believe it?????? I can't. What's wrong with you guys, this was easy. ;) I was past 60 when I heard 1 min, so I thought I could do it in less than 3 minutes, but NOT. It's all in the legs, and I changed stances once in a while by hopping a bit into a new position. That's a little secret. :D Also, compared to those WODs last week with all the running, I was happy to push it hard the whole way through.

  8. Damn, RoseMary killed Karen!! I was very excited about betting my previous time. 5'22 I think. RoseMary kept me going..damn that was fast! Excited to see my sister Priscilla and nephew Alex at Crossfit.

  9. Was off my PR by 36 tenth s of a second. Dam. Rosemary kicked butt!! Good job to all. Good to see Ravi and Vinay in class even though Ravi didnt work out.lol Congrats to Vinay for getting second in his gradutating class!!! I need to take fewer breaks on the next round of Karen. Til next time Karen.
