Eduardo was sitting right in back of me give me encouragement..like a metronome..lol. This is one of my favorite WOD's. I had to challenge my last time and wanted to get under 10 minutes. Thanks to him, I did. Lucinda kept making me laugh..she was over there dancing away right before the WOD..that girl is crazy.

I really liked this workout b/c it made me work on my weakness . . pushups! I thought I was going to have a great time at the begining cause I was ripping through the Deadlifts, but about half way through, my butt said . . okay, that's enough!! lol
I don't remember my time, but I think it as 20 something . .
Jeremy- I love the shorter workouts! I was very happy with my dead lifts today my form was so much better and it really allowed me to do a lot more consecutively. I saw that Pam had such a great time way to rock it, so knowing the kind of competitor that I am I had to try and get my time in that area, but only by a little haha my time was 8 something. Good job 12 o clockers.

ReplyDeleteGreat WOD. I love these type of workouts. I think I lifted a little more than I should have. I don't think I am there just yet. By the end of the workout my legs were shaking and I was having trouble hold my weights. RoseMary you should have here for this one, however after "Duke" on Wednesday it was a little tough. WOD consisted of 15 deadlift, 15 pushups, 10 rounds for time. After Duke and today's WOD I better have the best looking arms and legs in all of Mexico!!! Molly, Christine, and Pam thank you for your encourgement during the morning workouts.
