DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

  1. Yay! I really enjoyed this workout b/c my kipping pullups are FINALLY getting better :)

    This was one of those "made for me" workouts b/c my long legs really helped give me an advantage. . .

    My time was 14'08" :)

  2. I sucked. This was totally "not made for me". I muscled through the first 3 rounds of pull ups...slowely, but I was determined to do script. Well, once my hands started peeling off I knew that i'd better use the black band. That was soooo much better.
    Good job Christi, that's an awesome time!

  3. Good workout for a Monday. I am working on getting rid of my "NTS" I did RX today and my hands took a tool. Thanks for the push Rose Mary, If it were'nt for your encouragement I would have done jumping pull ups. At least 50 attended classes today. Great to see new faces joint the group

  4. Wow what a great day!! We had some new crossfitters join in on the fun. A couple of blisters today on the hands..sorry Mercedes, I know that new skin stings, but it's good for you. It was great working out with Joseph. I thought I was gonna hit you on the pull-ups. Great job Christie..you killed it today!! Hey..where's Roberta?

  5. Challange myself by using just 1 rubber band on my pull ups. I felt great after I was able to finish the workout. "Kicked my BUTT!" I wonder what Wednesday workout will be??

  6. WOW..WHAT A WORKOUT THIS WAS.LUNGES REALLY HURT!!BUT WAS A GREAT WORKOUT OVERALL.
