What a Leg Workout!!

As of November 1st, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class to start medicine ball warm-up. The Crossfit class will begin at time scheduled with some added drills and warm-ups by Eduardo and Kevin. Thank you.

Today's description of the WOD scares me a little... I guess I'll find out how much pain is coming my way today at 6:30!

ReplyDeleteOh, yea..I already feel my legs. After doing WL with Molly and then doing 150 more squats..man, I already feel those tree trunk legs of mine!! I love it!!
