Great WOD. Missed the three cheerleaders this morning giving me motivation. My legs were burning from the MB Cleans, I don't think I had done those in a while. My time was 16' something.
ReplyDeleteStill not as fast as I would like to be. My time was 25:02. My legs start to give out after the 3rd round of MB Cleans, and I start to fall short of hitting the ball beneth me when I squat. I'll keep working on it!! Hey where were those AM Cheerleaders this morning? Christie, I'll be wearing a blue top tomorrow morning!!! Gotta keep that color coordination!!!LOL

I was proud to make it through the entire 5 rounds with RX Pushups :) I still need to work on my form, but I can tell that I'm improving, and that's what counts!
Have I mentioned that I HATE pushups?!?!?! lol
Great working out with the 5:30pm crew. Hope you stretched yesterday Skyler. I did the WOD with the men's Rx 20lb MB. The first 2 rounds were the worse. As long as my form was correct the mb felt light.
