DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

  1. Great WOD. Missed the three cheerleaders this morning giving me motivation. My legs were burning from the MB Cleans, I don't think I had done those in a while. My time was 16' something.

  2. Still not as fast as I would like to be. My time was 25:02. My legs start to give out after the 3rd round of MB Cleans, and I start to fall short of hitting the ball beneth me when I squat. I'll keep working on it!! Hey where were those AM Cheerleaders this morning? Christie, I'll be wearing a blue top tomorrow morning!!! Gotta keep that color coordination!!!LOL

    Sounds like you guys did pretty good even w/o "cheerleaders"! Did Eduardo don the skirt and pom pom's??

    I was proud to make it through the entire 5 rounds with RX Pushups :) I still need to work on my form, but I can tell that I'm improving, and that's what counts!

    Have I mentioned that I HATE pushups?!?!?! lol

  4. Great working out with the 5:30pm crew. Hope you stretched yesterday Skyler. I did the WOD with the men's Rx 20lb MB. The first 2 rounds were the worse. As long as my form was correct the mb felt light.
