DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

  2. Good job to all. Saw a lot of new faces I m glad to see the word is getting out. New PR for myself with the dead lifts and shoulder press. pulls stayed the same.

  3. Jeremy- Man I don't know why but this workout took more out of me then anything has all month. Did a pretty good personal best for my weight, But michael, and Joseph were putting on a show in there both deadlifting over 400lbs. Xavier also shoulder pressing a small car haha! Anyway good job to everyone we had a good turn out. Come check us out tomorrow I am bring my fire gear heard the gym is gonna be on fire so I am gonna try and put it out!

  6. Jeremy- I feel like I have a new leg I can't believe how well that worked I really wanna try it on my hamstrings they have been tight lately. I will either be in for the 9am or noon but I am gonna try and shoot for the 9am to try and stay away from the heat. I love that girl though she might just wait a little longer than normal. That gear is a little heavy. haha!

  8. I really enjoyed this WOD and have been wanting to work w/ weights. The goal is to catch up with Pam.....yeah right!! I did the 3 pullups w/ the black band, that might not happen for a while. Sounds like everyone did a great job w/ this WOD. We need to have more WOD's that challenge us to our limit. Sounds like either the 9am or 12noon class will be smoking hot, so I think I will stay w/ my 6am class. Good luck everyone tomorrow.

  9. Mary..Mary..you are soo cute!! Girl, remember the first time you came to class..the plates seemed challenging to jump on and now you are killing "lil b!!" Girl,you got it going on!! I loved this one. I did my last time max on deadlifts and shoulder press 5x today..which is excited, cause now I know my max must be heavier. I crashed on my pull-ups..yikes..hands were killing me, not as bad as RoseMary's though...and need to work on the kipping. Hey, I wanna be there when you bring your gear, Jeremy!! I'll be @ work, but I'll have Eduardo take the camera for some pics to post up.

  10. I was super happy to get a new Deadlift PR of 153 :) My shoulder presses need a lot of work, but I'll get there!

    I was also psyched to get 10 pullups! That's a PR for me :)

    Wish I could be there to see you do your thang in the Fire Gear Jeremy - hopefully you guys will get some great pics!

    Isn't that Trigger point AWESOME!?!?!? Loving it!
