DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

    I was REALLY trying to knock Pam or RoseMary from their thrones in the 7 minute range, and while I did not succeed, I was very happy to have shaved over 3 minutes off my previous time :)

    FINALLY getting those darn double unders!!

  2. Big props to Dr Jae who did his first MUSCLE UP today after WOD. BMF did like 10 muscle ups while coaching us on how to get our form down. Tyler almost got one it won't be long.

    BMF and Dr. Jae are crazy fast on their double unders.

  3. Hey Christie you were "smoking" today!! You go girl. My time stayed about the same. There was only about 1 second difference. On the bright side, I am getting better at double unders.

  4. I knocked down my personal best from 6"38 down to 6"02 today so I was stoked about that. It was a lot of fun though afterwards with the muscle ups. Congrats to Dr. Jae! X and Tyler are right there just gotta get the form a little better but I am sure they will get it next time it's always easier before the WOD haha.

  5. i always miss Annie!!! Jeremy...watched the freakin Fran with the gear on..video...OMG! You are awesome,...you are the picture of crossfit. You have the will, the ability and the attitude. Congratulations on your accomplishments-they are well deserved!!!

  6. I m on the injured list. Pulled my back a few weeks ago and injured my hand. This has been hell for me. I ve gained about 7 lbs. Just started getting back in the swing of things thanks too rx drugs. Gonna attempt to compete in mini tri this weekend without training the last couple of weeks. Hopefully be back at xfit soon.

  8. WOW..did not realize Jae did a muscle up..where have I been? Ok, my double unders sucked today. I needed Jae and Rosemary there just like the last time we did this WOD. I practiced them on and off for about 1hr prior to the WOD. I think I was already tired and slashed my arms to death, and my bootie..I'll get Annie next time!

  9. First time at cc crossfit, and it was tough. Everybody I met seemed really positive and down to earth, great atmosphere. I enjoyed it, even though I almost threw up. Time was a little over 20 min (Rx), not very happy with that. Found out just how bad my cardio is. Can't wait till next week to make another class. Are the WODs online anywhere so I can follow along at home?
