rough, but fair:-)...and nancy is still a bitch. I did take over 3 minutes off my time:-)..still used 65# but front squat. Hopefully soon will be able to go overhead with the miracle surgery. time 14'17" something....
ReplyDeleteNice time Sarge , however I still managed to take ya.j/k good to be back. Good job to the noon class. It is my goal to do rx overhead squats. Those things are tough.

ReplyDeleteOh, I guess it would be good to post my time too :) I finished in 14'52" which was just about 4 full minutes faster than my last Nancy PR, so I was psyched! :)
