this was a good one! ...loved every minute of not knowing if i was going to have my heart jump out of my mouth...i was still shaking that evening...tough, but good...I will def. know how to pace myself next time. time was 8'40"something like that....i know it was way too many burpees...lol
ReplyDeleteI think I did more burpees than thrusters. Felt like I was never going to get close to 50, but i did. Those burpees have a way of always sneaking up on me.
