New WOD today
A little tricky WOD today. First you start off feeling pretty good and then you start hitting double digit minutes and then your shoulders, wrist, forearms and legs start to get sore!!

It is so true! You start feeling FAB and NOT to my surprise it catches up to you quickly. Today, my legs are killing me. Another great workout !!
