ReplyDeleteMy arms felt like wet noodles after the wallball rounds. Thanks to Gloria who didn't let me slow down, and to Blaine for being the 2nd cheerleader as well. It helps when you have supportive team members. Thanks guys!! Talking about supportive team members....where were those AM X-Fit Cheerleaders this morning? My time was not great....33'something???.
After taking the whole weekend off today felt great I think I just needed a rest I was starting to burn out. I really felt fresh today though and the workout was great. I finished at 11'01 something so I was happy with that finally able to edge "X" who kicked my butt around last week. HAHA
ReplyDeleteHey Mary...sorry about not being there to cheer you on! i will be there tomorrow...upper body only, got a bad ankle sprain...yep, sucks..and to think i did it on the river..omg!

ReplyDeleteMary - I'll be there tomorrow to cheer you on! I think I broke my toe this weekend, so I took this morning off . . . .tell you what. . . Eduardo is never going to let Molly and I visit San Antonio together again! :)
