As of November 1st, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class to start medicine ball warm-up. ReplyDeleteAnd just keep practicing those pullups - you'll get there! It's so funny, b/c I remember when I was in your exact same spot watching Pam and Molly do Pullups and thinking "wow - will I ever get there?!?!" . . and now I look back and can hardly remember when I couldn't do them!

Ya, I managed to do this WOD after everyone left..all by myself. That was hard. I had to use the radio for encouragement. I was very pleased with my time. First time for this WOD Rx, last time I was recovering from my broken pinky toe.
