DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Sat 8/8 WOD #1033




Eduardo and Kevin were up in Dallas this weekend getting Certed for CrossFit Kids, so Sarge ran the show today . . . and what a show it was!

Kicked off with a great warmup and then an AMR 20 workout. . . w/ CHEST TO FLOOR pushups . . . I think Christie almost turned around and walked out when she saw those on the board!!

Great job to everyone this AM :)

    Katie - I wanted to thank you - you pushed it hard today, and it made me push that much harder just trying to keep up w/ you!

    16 lb med ball cleans all but half of one round (I was sooo pissed that I let myself go to 12's. . next time I'll do the full thing at 16!)

    But I DID get my chest to the ground on every single pushup :)

    Total rounds in 20 = 7

  2. Great WOD!. Sarge you keep us on our toes. Completed workout RX! Finally able to do those pushups RX. I think I was able to do them because they were only 10 at a time. Christie, Katie, no way I could keep up w/ you guys. Great job everyone!

  3. MAN I cant wait to get back to x fit. I did a Tri this weekend and made my back worse. I m in horrible shape and fill it. Not to mention I m getting fat. I ll probably be out a few more weeks. Baby is doing great. See you guys soon. Hopefully.
