Man I am still trying to get use to working out in the morning I enjoy once it is over but I am really not a morning person. I swear if I show up that early one more time Eduardo is gonna go play the lottery. haha Anyways fight gone bad was a great workout. That was the first time I did it but I loved think my total reps was 345.
ReplyDeleteafter this week my deltoids(sp?) are killing me... I've never done this workout and it was really hard for me... I think I was gasping for air the whole time..... only got 169 out of the wod but I feel so strong!!
ReplyDeleteThis was a tough one for me as well, but enjoyed it. This WOD pushed me to my limit. Tried to keep up w/ Jeremy and Blaine.....yeah right!!! Probably in my next life time. LOL!!! My score was 169 as well. At this point i am still working on my form and speed. I guess I won't beat myself up too bad, worst part of this would have been not even attempting it. I agree w/ Jill this did make me feel stronger as well!!!
ReplyDeleteTHIS WAS A CRAZY ONE,ESPECIALLY SINCE I DONT LIKE WALLBALLS BUT I THINK THIS IS THE ONE ALEX HAD BEEN WANTING TO DO.AND HE REALLY ENJOYED IT!
