It's hard enough to do pushups, let alone doing them in an almost upside down postion. I felt like I was going to "blow out" something from you know where!!! And then having to do pushups again the regular way.....too much!!! Arms felt like thin spaghetti. But overall good WOD. These are they type of workouts that we dislike, but always love them after the workout is complete!!
