ReplyDeleteToe was sore but didn't hold me back too much :)
Only completed 6 rounds using 45lb bar. Probably could have completed 1/2 of one more round, but was too tired. My arms felt like jello after the wallballs yesterday. Good to see the AM X-fit cheerleaders again, even though one has a broken toe and the other a sprained ankle. Hope everyone heals soon!!
ReplyDeleteI got it in 9 rounds doing 10 pounds over RX although it is my ass and chest paying the price those darn ring push ups killed me yesterday then the SDLHP today just sent me into a numb state. haha Although if you are not sore you are not working hard enough.
