DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

  1. I really liked this WOD . . . . even w/ Mary staring me down this morning ;)

    Used 59 lbs cause I was too tired to figure out 55. . .

    Time was 10'15"

    Goal next time is to get in under 9'45"

  2. Workout was crucial what a way to end a week. If snatches were not hard enough alone to make you do 75 of them was tough. Finished it in like 7 something don't remember exact time.

  3. Great WOD! Loved those snatches. It was pretty tuff. By 30 reps I was dying..then I tried to do the math of how many more I had to go..wrong thing to do when you are tired. Gave up on that and just kept counting reps.

  5. I liked this WOD. Not used to doing snatches. This is the first time i've done them in a wod. Only used 43 lbs in 7"44 min. Should have used the 55lbs, but was scared. Next time.

  6. Loved this WOD! Have been wanting to work w/ weights a little bit more. Christie, there was no staring you down girlfriend....you left me so behind all I saw was the trail of dust as you passed me by!!! My time was 11:47. Don't feel too bad Rosemary, I was using baby weights....only 25lbs....wish I could have attempted what you did. Can't seem to increase my overhead weight, but I'll get there.

  7. This was my first time doing snatches ever and my back is killing me!! Boy I didn't realize that apparently my back has not been getting the workout that the rest of my body has... the muscles have been tight all weekend and it still hasn't let up (today's Monday). The only good thing is that at least I can be proud that I managed to do the workout Rx!
