DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Wed 7/15 WOD #1025


Another great day at CC Crossfit! Make sure you bring your upper body strength for today's WOD!

RoseMary KILLED it this morning at RX all the way . . . because Molly and Christie wouldn't let her quit in the last set of dips!!! See Rose - we told you your arms/chest wouldn't literally explode ;)

Gloria and Blane kicked butt at 6am w/ the RX Bars too!!!

  1. Thanks guys for helping me finish. That was very hard. It was such a pleasure to be able to workout with the two of you (MOlly and Christie) again. I wish 7am fit into my schedule more often.

  2. Thanks Molly & Christie for the push this a.m. on the Bar. It was a hard WOD, my arms felt like they were going to fall off especially after the ring dips. My time was 20' something.

  3. I loved this workout! My arms were absolute JELLO by the time I was done :)

    I honestly don't remember my time at all though . .I want to say it was 14 something, but I'm not positive.

    Used RX Pushpress weight, and Blue band for my dips

  4. This was another great WOD even thou my time was not great, but at least I increased my weight on those darn push presses. Again thanks to those cheerleaders (minus 1 this AM--Pam) for your encouragment. Believe me it helps. I will be attending my 30th high school reunion in Kingsville this weekend, and believe me I will be walking in "like nobody's business". Maybe I'll walk in doing "burpees" or walk in doing squats. I'll figure something out!!LOL

  5. Very proud of all the 5:30 women who did Rx on push press today!..Diana, Allison, Holly, Cynthia, Yvonne..they really did push themselves harder with 40 reps of 45lb push press! Awesome girls!!
