DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

  1. Oh..man, my chest felt like it was gonna explode!! I did the WOD Rx w/dips involved and it sure did take me forever to finish them...but I was not about to grab the band after doing so many...so I just had to suck it up and finish. 29 something on my time.

  2. Jeremy-I really can't stand those ring dips what so ever but pam is right it is just best to push through the pain and knock them out quickly. I love double unders though. My time was a 11 something. I do not fear my workout but I do fear trigerpoint. haha Wanted to scream like a little school girl. Isn't that right X. haha

    oh yah, the workout hurt too. LOL.

    My legs feel great this afternoon after the triggerpoint though.

    I need to get those damn double unders down.
    Jeremy had us ALL beat right from the start with those. J, you're a freak man....what was your time 11 minutes something?

  4. Well..you knocked those dips out quickly Jeremy...some of us take a lil longer than quickly..lol. I don't know what was wrong with my double unders...the other day, I knocked them out pretty quick, but I could not get the rythym down today.

    FYI: Crossfit will be open this Saturday July 4th

  5. Those double unders again! I beat myself up with that jump rope. I don't know how I do it but I now have a couple of bruises on my left arm. I have to learn how to do a couple in a row. Christie you rock on Lil'B's. Rebecca and Kristin you both did a great job on beloved burpees. Gloria, you're so far ahead of me all I see is a smoking cloud in the wind!! Good Job everyone. The next time I see some black and red pompoms, I'm getting them for you Christie. LOL

  6. Man I suck at D unders. Way to go Jae. U smoked it. Good job to the new girl Laura. Eduardo did some trigger point on my claves a few weeks ago a yeah that stuff hurts like hell. I did feel great afterwards.lol

  7. LOL - you're too funny Mary :) Yes, my Lil B's are FINALLY getting better! Now I need to focus on double unders and ring dips. .

    I started out w/ the black band, then had to move to blue, and by the final round my tri's were so shot I had to bump down to green . . I will get them one of these days!
