I slowed by 20 seconds this time around. My pace was too slow. Rested less, but not moving as fast. I wish I knew Karen was today so I could have rested up for her. Oh Well, can't complain, still a great time.
ReplyDeleteWell, I looked at 6/8/09 and there was no pic up, but i remember my time was around 11 minutes with a 16 pound ball..that was actually my first crossfit workout.
ReplyDeleteNow its a little over a month later and I improved my time by like 4 minutes and 15 seconds with the same weight..PR 6'45''!
Happy about the improvement in such a short time!!
Boy oh boy did I suck today. My time was about 1 min 15 secs off. I lost count at 102 so I went backwards. Think I did about 10 xtra. Oh well better luck next time. Good job to the noon class I think everyone improved except me.
ReplyDeleteVinay, I looked up your time and with a 16lb ball you did 11'40"62. Great job!! You really improved. That's what Crossfit is all about...And Robert don't worry..I seem to miscount all the time and then we have those days. You will get Karen next time
