DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

  1. I slowed by 20 seconds this time around. My pace was too slow. Rested less, but not moving as fast. I wish I knew Karen was today so I could have rested up for her. Oh Well, can't complain, still a great time.

  2. Well, I looked at 6/8/09 and there was no pic up, but i remember my time was around 11 minutes with a 16 pound ball..that was actually my first crossfit workout.

    Now its a little over a month later and I improved my time by like 4 minutes and 15 seconds with the same weight..PR 6'45''!

    Happy about the improvement in such a short time!!

  3. Boy oh boy did I suck today. My time was about 1 min 15 secs off. I lost count at 102 so I went backwards. Think I did about 10 xtra. Oh well better luck next time. Good job to the noon class I think everyone improved except me.

  4. Vinay, I looked up your time and with a 16lb ball you did 11'40"62. Great job!! You really improved. That's what Crossfit is all about...And Robert don't worry..I seem to miscount all the time and then we have those days. You will get Karen next time
