Man did this one at work today it was a tough one. Love those double unders though. Can't wait to come in tomorrow feels like forever!
ReplyDeleteLoved this WOD! It pushes you until it hurts. The only thing I can't understand is that we keep coming back for more!!! I agreee w/ Jeremy, can't wait for the next class. This stuff is addictive. Thanks Pam for your encourgement, it really helps especially on those last rounds!
