DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Tues 7/14 WOD "Fran"

Xavier KILLED it this morning w/ a time of 4 something. . . you guys have some work to do to catch him this afternoon!

Compare Times to May 18th Fran Workout.

Here's a pic from Molly and Christie's weekend at the Games. They were with Kyle who was born without legs and arms - if you want to be TRULY inspired, search You Tube for a video of him doing burpees - he is absolutely amazing!!!

  1. YAY!!! I beat my time by 3 minutes and 30 seconds!!

    Previous PR was 14'10"

    Today I got in at 10'27" :)

    I REALLY wanted to do it in under 10, but hey, I can't complain w/ a 3+ minute improvement.

    Next time I'll get it!

    Great job to EVERYONE this morning in the 6 and 7 classes - Xavier - you SERIOUSLY killed it!

  3. Thanks. I was taking little 10-15 second breaks between exercises & I knew Jeremy and Michael would not do that, (that added at least 1 minute to my time). My previous time was 9 minutes somthing. Today 4:32

  4. Jeremy- you wanna talk about rest bro I took mine today. I had that feeling of not being able to catch my breath so I had to stop till it caught up. Meanwhile Michael was killing it trying to knock me off the bar he was kipping so hard yelling "X doesn't have anything on this" HA HA! Nah but good job you both killed it. Dang bar kept wanting to knock my mask off. Oh well My goal is to get it in under 10 min before the competition.

  5. My time was about the same. Time on 5/18 was 14'50'93. Time today was 14'26'38. The difference was last time I lifted 38lbs and did jumping pullups. Today I increased to 42lbs and used 2 bluebands for pullups. I'm getting there!! Sounds like everyone did great on this one. Wonder what's in store for tomorrow morning.

  6. I ended up doing Fran on Wednesday. 5'20 on my time. Improved from last time over 1 minute. My pull-ups seemed like they were getting worse. It was tough. I was doing 1 at a time. Thanks to Eduardo, I finished with a new P.R.

  7. I did a lot better this time. I lifted 44lbs and used Green Band on pull ups, my time was 10'06'50. This time I did 54lbs and used Green Band, but my time was 8'32'82. Great WOD.
