DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Great workout in store for us today! This one LOOKS nice and innocent w/ it's two little lines on the board . . . we'll see about that ;)

  1. Wow what a great WOD today! "X" killed it like always. I was trying to catch up, but he was going soo fast. Great working out w/Rosemary & Dee this morning. Shelby, great job today. Oh, and "X" told me to try Kevin's method this morning..putting on new skin prior to the WOD. I put some on my fingers it helped. Improved my time by 1 minute 35 sec. Last time we did this WOD was in March.

  2. OK. I HATED ths WOD!! My two least favorite crossfit exercises. Burpees and pullups. My two handicaps:( Started out script for the 1st three rounds, but realized I was getting sooooo whooped and my hands were peeling and I was probably gonna take 45mins at that pace.....I switched to the black band. Ohhhh what a relief! That black band made it so much better. Black band is my best friend:)

  3. WOW, This WOD was a killer! I'm sooo happy that I've finally got my Kips down :)

    I started off strong doing 10+ in a row, but by the last round I had ripped my hand and had to bust out one at a time.

    I wasn't here on May 28th, so I don't have a time to compare this too, but I know that I have improved, b/c I did all 120 pullups RX!!! :) Almost busted my chin on the bar COMING DOWN from the pullup a couple of times .. . .

    My time was 21'32"ish. Goal for next time is to get in under 20 :)

  4. You guys amaze me! I'm still just on jumping pull-ups and the workout almost killed me!

    Congrats to everyone for not just turning around and going home when they saw the TEN rounds on the board!

  5. my shelby...busted the workout out!!! Maximum effort from a teenager is very inspiring, especially for her mom...great job to everyone that that went all out!
