Another great WOD. Time was 19 ???. I can't compare to June 15th since I did not participate. The running part still kills me, but thanks to Pam's encouragement I pushed myself especially with the overhead squats(45lbs)
ReplyDeleteJeremy-Man this is the second time I have missed this workout and I love doing the ones with weights. Oh well gotta go to work sometime haha. Crossfit endurance the other day still has my calves on fire.
ReplyDeleteYa, I'm with you Jeremy..I had to use trigger point for my feet..they feel soo much better now. But, this morning..was a bad morning for me. I felt tired even before the WOD, and if Jessica wasn't there it would have been harder for me. My goal was just to finish the WOD. Did a lot slower than last time. I'll catch up on sleep tonight for a better day tomorrow.
ReplyDeletethis guera is officially pinche sore! thank goodness i have a few days off to rest...i feel "swoll."
ReplyDeleteThis was great.....it pushed me to my limit. I did the overhead squats first because I knew I would have issues......and I did. The first 30 @ 45lbs barely did them....had to decrease to 30 something. The rest i was able to hold at 45lbs. I'm getting there.
