As of November 1st, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class to start medicine ball warm-up. The Crossfit class will begin at time scheduled with some added drills and warm-ups by Eduardo and Kevin. Thank you.
Great WOD today. I definitely need work on KTE and going deeper on push ups. I still enjoy these intense workouts. Everyone did a great job. My time was 25???

ReplyDeleteMy god this was a tough one! But I enjoyed every minute of it (NOT!)
I was thrilled to finally get my KTE at RX (thanks Molly for the tip about leaning back!!). .. . still have a lot of work to do on my pushups, but I'm getting there ;)
Don't remember my time. . .I know that it was about a minute behind Molly though! I was too delerious by the end of the workout to write it down!
