this was a good one:-)great job jeremy!!!Really worked on this one. Got to 1/2 blue band on dips...rx is around the corner on those...shoulder is better:-)...btw, where the hell is Roberta?
ReplyDeleteI didn't get to do the WOD..but it is a great one..I did get slammered by Crossfit Endurance. It was great running with the 6:30 crew...although doing heavy squats earlier in the day and then run against the wind was a challenge. I kept telling myself.."Run Forest..Run!!!"..lol
ReplyDeleteBeen going to noon class less pressure. lol. Havent been sleeping to well with new baby hard to get up. Not to mention now I have a bad back. Going to chiropractor later today.
