Tuesday 7/7/9 WOD #1023
A new WOD today
Great 6 & 7 am class today
6 am class was looking pretty sharp, thanks to Mr.Rob we had humor this morning (that guy is crazy funny)
Hope Gloria's friend enjoyed her first WOD
Jeremy and Michael looked like they were kicking butt this morning (during the 7 am class)
Lets see how noon & 5:30 class perform

This was a great WOD. I'm still fighting with the double unders, but will be practicing soon with my own jump rope at home. I will conquer the double unders and of course "little B". My friend Pal did like the workout, hope she will join us soon. I think my time was 22 or 23 something.
ReplyDeleteYAY!!!! FINALLY nailed the double unders! I think my time was 18 something?? I was a bit delerious toward the end so I don't remember for sure . . .
ReplyDeleteI really liked this workout, but I've got to say that the Lil B's right after the OH lunges were pure evil!
When I first joined CF I set out to accomplish several goals. One of my goals was to complete a WOD by RX. Well, today was the day!!!! My time was not as good as I would have liked, (33:14), but who's keeping time.....this was done RX!!! My next goal is to be a little faster. Great job Mr. Rob, you kept us going this morning (6am). Your too funny, you need to join us more often. Thank you AM cheerleaders for keeping us going as well. Christie, I will be wearing orange tomorrow in honor of your hair!!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I did not get to take on Crossfit today, I did take on crossfit endurance. Pretty challenging I must say...and going at it by myself was harder. I can see that everyone is getting the hang of double unders!! There has been a lot of practicing going on..great job everyone. And special congrats to Mary!!!! who did RX today!! Wow!! What an accomplishment.
ReplyDeleteI liked todays workout. LOTS of legs. I'm at work right now and my legs are already hurting. Plan to run in the morning; but i don't know about that now.
ReplyDeleteI need to correct my prior entry, I realized I was way off on my time. My time was 25 something not 22 or 23 something. I think I was delirious after this WOD.
