DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Wed 5/20 WOD "100 Burpees"

Haha- wouldn't YOU like to know what today's workout is!

Guess you'll have to go to this evening's class to find out!

I will say this though - BIG HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Delisa and Diana for KILLING IT!!! You guys are amazing!

  3. Its been quite an interesting day at C.C.CrossFit today! Where are the burpee queens? They are out looking for challengers! Good job to Rita and Daniel, today the faced the 100 burpees for the first time and finished it!

  5. This is only the second time I did this. Molly did this with me at the gym once. I don't remember what my time was then, but today it was 7:53:05. That's is some hard stuff. I tried to follow Delisa's advice, but I one min I was only at 17, so that meant no rest. Well, I'll be there tomorrow since I have to take OFF saturday for work.

  6. Well, I guess I am not a Goddess because my time was 11 something, but I didn't use the white thingy bobs this time, so I think I improved....make sure you don't think out loud about a workout that you hate because apparently Eduardo can read minds....I JUST LOVE THOSE BURPEES!!

  7. LOL Holli - I have done this workout 5 or 6 times, and this is the FIRST time that I've come in under 9 minutes :) Practice makes perfect!!

    Congrats on doing them RX! That's a huge step :)

    And I figure if I say it with you . . . I LOVE BURPEES . . . eventually I'll convince myself that it's true ;)

  12. ok drama kings and queens...heres my post!100 burpess( 3rd time to do it) time:6/28/06!!! I dont really think im the competive type but when Im called out.....hell no!!!!! its on like donkey kong!I have to say Molly rocks it! i admire her and still want to be like her when i grow up! She was worried about Katie beating her time....nope my girl Diana took it at 6-09-25!!!!!...woo woo you go Diana!

  13. I am still working on my burpees....When I grow up I want to be crossfit goddess....Hahaha. I wont give up!my wod time was 18'24"70 with bench. Can't wait to graduate to the floor. I remeber Pica"Finish Strong"

  14. Damn.. Diana, Molly, and Delisa killed it. I soo need burpee lessons. Did 9 something, 1 minute slower than last time. I tried a different strategy with a steadier pace, and notice it did not get me far. But with 5 weeks off of burpees, I am glad I got through 100 burpees. I'll beat it next time. Crossfit Endurance sure did kick my butt..thanks Eduardo. Arlene, Laura and Liz rocked those burpees at the 6:30 class. Nice to see Karen back. You Go Girls!

  15. wow...that's all i can say...i truly love cc crossfit members and the fire it builds in people..thank you Delisa:-)..it's an honor for you and Diana to kick my ass...lol..I am so proud of ya'll...i think we should have burpee teiras:-)
    Everyone did an all out job...well, maybe..lol...Roberta? What the hell, you can run 6 min. miles, u CAN do 100 burpees in six minutes!! That's an idea...challenge..see if i can do 100 burpees and finish before you can run a mile...race is on... Holli, way to rock it! YOU ARE A NON-WHITE THINGY BOB BURPEE GODDESS!!!

  16. oh, btw, congratulations to the new record holders this past week. The board is now updated and there is an addition on the bulletin board where stickers are placed if someone beats your time. You can retrieve these and place them on the "challenge" paper and try to get back on the record board. The "quitter's" paper, (yes, is harsh), but what's not harsh about CrossFit, is for record holders that are not returning members:(...Any suggestions on challenges, etc...let us know. Talk up the blog, this is a good way to hear all input!
