DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Mon 5/11 WOD "Negotiator"

Tough WOD today, but major Kudos to Pam and Molly for completing the entier WOD w/ the RX'd MEN'S weight!

And there's controversy brewing . . . Roberta claims to have "won" over Sarge b/c he posted up a better time, however Molly claims that technically SHE won b/c she lifted more as a percentage of her Body Weight. . . hmm. . tough call! Regardless - great job to BOTH of you for posting up great times w/ the MEN'S weight!!!!

    Dang it! I wanted to do Men's weight so bad today, but just not there yet . . . YET being the key word!

    Lost about a minute in the transition of the weights, but still happy w/ my time and the fact that I RX'd all of the pullups :)

    Great job to all of the 7AM-ers. You guys kicked some Negotiator Butt!!!!

  4. hmm...just glad to see Roberta actually lifting man weight:-)if it takes us doing man rx then so be it! Way to go partner with a broken toe and no lifting shoes! We still have the math to do on our weight, Chica...lol Xavier, you've stepped up to the plate since day one and excellent performance today...i think we have a 2010 competitor! Christie, don't sell yourself short, you did RX..and you have the heart and determination that everyone admires. Nina, you always amaze me...good job..MARY IS JUMPING ON THE LIL B...NO GOING BACK NOW!!!AWESOME! Gloria, you are always improving and that's not easy.. 9am group was looking really good when i left..have to catch them on the board tomorrow.

  6. I had to make a google account to post. I don't know if It's cause I'm a fake blonde. LOL. Well, I managed to do the Rx weight, but still can't do my pull ups. :-( I'll get them one day (soon) I hope. Time was 14 something; i think close to 15 mins. I have to say those 9 am men were awesome. Jeremy? and Holli's hubby (name)? I'm so hypoxic after the WOD that it takes me a while to learn names. Jessica, Jeremyie wife stuck with it and completed her workout. I can see that girl turn into a crossfit freak like the rest of us really soon. And Jill! She did great too! Lil B is nothing for her now.

  7. I'm extremely excited about today!! We had a total of 40 "Crossfitters" today, and everyone did awesome. Everyone is challenging themselves and looking real good. Huge props to Mary who conquered "Lil B," and Jill who is a pro now! Christie, Molly, Robert, Xavier & Nina! Man great job! That was a hard workout. Glad to see Orlando (with a jacked up wrist), Diana, Cynthia, Mink, Delisa, Sara, Lynann, Rosemary etc.etc.. OH, and after my 7 am workout, a new comer challenged me to pull-ups..huh..well he acually challenged his friend Rick whom had just finished the workout and I took him up on it, hope he is coming back, He said, "you can tell if someone is in shape if they can do pull-ups"..lol, I don't think he though I could..LOVE IT!! That's what Crossfit is for!!

  8. Oh,my time was 19'09"87, Oh yea and for everyone who doesn't know, Molly, Christie and I had just completed a leg workout prior to crossfit!! Yea, brutal! Molly you rocked it!! and Christie..girl what a show!!
