DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

Tue 5/19 WOD "Mini Ninja"

  3. I think my time was 20'14" ??? or close to it. I know it was 20 something anyway! I'm blaming the lack of memory on the delirium brought on by a full-on ninja-style attack!

    Seriously though, I was very happy with my performance this morning. I know that I pushed through as hard as I possibly could, and that's what counts! I need to work on my rowing and burpee technique, and then I will take the ninja on again :)

    I must say my burpees really sucked by the third round. My third round of rowing was also pittiful. My sit ups are never a good thing. Caty had me moving quickly.

  5. Rose Mary - NO WAY your anything sucked w/ a time like 18:35! That's awesome chica!

    I told Eduardo at the start that I just wanted to beat 18:40. . . I tried like hell and gave it my all and came in at just over 20 (and have to say that I'm thrilled w/ my time!)

    For you to have come in at 18:35, you had to have nailed everything!!! :) I just wish I'd been there at 5 to do it w/ ya!

  6. Caty had me movin fast. She's a fast one. I'll probably go tomorrow in the afternoon with Matt. You gonna be there Friday at 7am? Maybe I can make it in to workout with you 7 am animals on Friday.

  7. Was there at 5:30 class. Everyone was pulling strong. Allison and Delisa were going at it. Will be there tomorrow..lets see what Eduardo has instore for us. Where's Joey? and Roberta?

  8. Hey Rose Mary - yep, as far as I know we'll all be there at 7 on Friday :) At least I will be!

    I haven't been to a Saturday class in 3 weeks b/c of the Qualifier trip, and then the Photography job last Saturday, and I feel like I haven't seen everyone in FOREVER!! I can't wait till this Saturday :) I love the big group workouts on Saturdays!

  10. Burpess kicked my Ninja butt this morning!! In fact they always kick my butt. I thought I looked pretty good doing my squats, UNTILL...I enlarged the picture, then it looked pretty scary!!! No matter what the work out is, I always enjoy going to class.
