ReplyDeleteI've never done "baby Ruth" and found it challenging... not too good w/thrusters and burpees slow me down.. although I'm getting "lil B" down....yeah!!!
ReplyDeleteI went during my lunch break... this was a great workout and there were 7 of us. I'm still working on my thrusters, but I finally got my burpees down. Mental block with "lil B", will keep working on it.

Jeremy- I was thinking that today would be an easy day since most were running beach to bay tom. Boy was I wrong. For my 12 o clock class I told you the LOUD GRUNTS make the workout that much easier. haha
ReplyDeleteI had a blast today, even with Jeremy watching me ! :) but I still have not gotten Lil B down :( I did move up to 3 plates today so maybe next week!

OK, got there too late for the 5:30 class, but did the workout after everyone ended. It was hard!! Especially alone. This workout is one of my least favorites. I actually almost felt like throwing up. Did burpees for first time after 4 weeks, but tried to jump but kept on slamming my broken toe..so I had to step-up instead. Damon, Arlene, Bella, Jessica did very good in the 5:30 class. Good luck to all the CCCrossfitters running.
ReplyDeleteBy the 3rd round my legs were "On Fire". Loved the WOD. O, yea I hate Burpees! I am ready for Monday... to start the week over again.(What WOD'S does Pica have instored for us this week).Great Job Jill and Dad at 9am class Friday!
