DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

    Yay! VERY pleased to have cut over a minute off of my previous time :)

    Started out strong on my running but I swear I thought my lungs would explode by the end of the third lap! Note to self - work on pacing runs a little bit better over next month or so.

    Great job by all at 6 and 7am today! And Xavier - seriously - Huge Congrats for RXing those pullups - no going back now!

  3. time 10'00"03"..yay!nay:-(...was 25 seconds slower than my last time. Can i blame it on Robert?

    Awesome job Christie shaving your time, and X-man doing his pullups!..no going back now, you just raise your own bar! I do believe Christie gets a new sticker for the record board!

  5. Robert beat his own time. He did great. Matt did good too...but like his mama he has to work on pull ups. Well Christie I tried to live up to your challenge. 1st round was good. Kipped 3 at a time, at muscled up the last 2. Second round about the same. Third round was so hard...after muscling up almost all of them...#12 was impossible so i did about 4 half-way pull ups and called it #12. :-( But I must say, I ran really fast laps to make up my pityful pull up time. I think my final time was 11"40, but once again, I can't really remember my time, LOL. I barely could drive home. My triceps and lats are killing me. Like X-man, there is no going back....even if it means muscling up all of my pull ups and sucky WOD times. Good job to all the newbies at 5:30. Everyone finished and did a good job. Oh, and Dr.K. You did great as always, but I caught you jogging laps a few times. Dude, you could really kill your own time running fastest...I know you can do it!

  6. Hell yeah beat my time. Felt like puking afterwards but managed to hold it. Great job to everyone.
    I thought my forearms were going to explode after those pull ups. Which I did fully extend thank you very much..
    Good job to all the youngsters BMW and Matt. Didnt get to meet BMW 's friend but good job to her as well.
    And for the record I did not kick my brother of my beach to bay team.

  8. Great job to everyone today! Man, Mary is coming along!! She is impressing me at every workout. Gotta give it to Roberta..you knocked off 8 seconds! I agree, RoseMary no turning back now.. everytime you grab that band..we r gonna smack you with it..jk. and you too X-Man!!

  9. Talent without ambition is like a car without an engine. . . The more challenging the WOD, the greater the opportunity to climb higher on the fitness mountain! Its not about having the "fastest" time, its about getting closer to perfection at the fastest pace possible by you. And guess what? The pace is INDIVIDUAL! (smack talking definitely welcome though!) I am proud of you guys, all of you! You guys are the reason why I do what I do! Lets get ready for Regionals 2010!
