DON'T FORGET TO POST YOUR TIMES!

Hey Everyone! Be sure that you log in Every Day and post your times to the WOD Blog for that day!

We'll be assigning each WOD a number and including it in the blog titles so that you can easily locate a specific WOD when we do it again - this will allow you to compare your current time to previous times for that WOD.

Example - let's say that we assigned today's WOD # 1001. The Blog Title would read
"Thursday, 5/7 WOD# 1001".

When we do the same workout again in a month or so, we will post a note to compare your time to WOD 1001. Then, all you'll need to do is use the "Blog Search" function in the upper left hand corner or the Blog Archive to the right to locate the blogs from when we've previously done that WOD, and you can check all of your previous times for WOD # 1001! . . .but if you don't post your time to the comments, it won't be there for you to reference ;)

  2. LOL. Christie, what was my time? I don't remember. I hate going at 5am, cause I have no idea what time to strive for...but really it doesn't matter cause even later classes i have no idea what the time is until i'm done. Good job this morning, that sounds fast.....that stupid row seems to take so long, and then the burpees really get hard for me after 10. Rose Mary

  3. Hey Rose Mary - I think your time was 19'41" - a damn good time! If I hadn't had that goal to aim for I probably would have come in over 20 minutes. I told Eduardo I wanted to try to beat 19'41" at the start of the workout, and the last half of the last lap he kept yelling to me how much time I had left, so I think (strike that - I KNOW) I ran a little faster than I would have if I hadn't had your time hanging out there in front of me. That last half lap nearly killed me!

  4. Hey, and what's this I'm "the woman" when it comes to running. You and Molly are faster than I am. I used to be fast, but this extra 5-10 lbs are slowing me down. I just can't seem to keep a fast pace. But I'm working on it.....I love Crossfit!!!!

  5. I love you guys! my time sucked ass this morning! i made the mistake of consuming protien w/ milk right before i started the wod. Time:22 '49 :( ......nearly hurled on 2nd round!

  8. Man I hate this, was not able to do burpees or run today.. this sucky toe is starting to piss me off!! There I let it out..i'm fine now..have a great day!!
