(Rosemary - my goal was to beat your time - since you're the WOMAN when it comes to running. . . and it nearly friggin killed me - can you run just a little slower maybe??? lol)
LOL. Christie, what was my time? I don't remember. I hate going at 5am, cause I have no idea what time to strive for...but really it doesn't matter cause even later classes i have no idea what the time is until i'm done. Good job this morning, that sounds fast.....that stupid row seems to take so long, and then the burpees really get hard for me after 10. Rose Mary
ReplyDeleteHey Rose Mary - I think your time was 19'41" - a damn good time! If I hadn't had that goal to aim for I probably would have come in over 20 minutes. I told Eduardo I wanted to try to beat 19'41" at the start of the workout, and the last half of the last lap he kept yelling to me how much time I had left, so I think (strike that - I KNOW) I ran a little faster than I would have if I hadn't had your time hanging out there in front of me. That last half lap nearly killed me!
ReplyDeleteHey, and what's this I'm "the woman" when it comes to running. You and Molly are faster than I am. I used to be fast, but this extra 5-10 lbs are slowing me down. I just can't seem to keep a fast pace. But I'm working on it.....I love Crossfit!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love you guys! my time sucked ass this morning! i made the mistake of consuming protien w/ milk right before i started the wod. Time:22 '49 :( ......nearly hurled on 2nd round!

ReplyDeleteMan I hate this, was not able to do burpees or run today.. this sucky toe is starting to piss me off!! There I let it out..i'm fine now..have a great day!!
