This workout was a great challenge. It was super hard to stay consistent it definitely challenged your endurance. I hated it but at the same time loved it. Gave me a head rush for a few minutes afterwards but it went away.
ReplyDeletePushup! Pushups! OKAY!, I actually was able to do them without being on my knees, but it sure slowed me down. even though, it was only 6 of them it was still 6 too many. I am trying to remember all these things...I can see & hear Kevin walking with his stick and saying "lower your back" Something like that...Molly saying head up use your chest...Now Eduardo says, " focus going down" Lot to think about huh? I will get it one day...Thanks 5 am team and trainers for your encouragement...completed my 2 months at CC crossfit....I am so happy to be there....
