I had a hard time w/ my double unders for some reason today. Toward the end i was doing them one at a time. Thought I would never get to 100. Trying to get better w/ the ring dips, only did 19 w/ green band, the rest standing. Between the ring dips and claping pushups, my arms don't feel so good.
