I enjoyed this WOD because it provided a little bit of everything. It seemed the 4 mins in between the workouts felt shorter than the 4 mins actually doing the reps. I only burned 40 cals during the rowing....it was not enough to burn the 1 onion ring I ate the night before ):

ReplyDeleteReally liked this workout - Loved the chance to work on my HSPU - have a long way to go before I'll be doing them script, but practice makes perfect!
Way to go Rosemary w/ the WallBalls!!!! And I was all happy w/ my 88! LOL
