What a great workout today I am know I am gonna be feeling it tomorrow have not lifted in a week and we did back squats and front squats today. Not to mention the the 150 reps of deadlifts and pushups. I did 154lbs on my deadlifts trying to start doing above Rx so I can get my times faster when I do Rx. Time was like 11"22 I think.
