Great job Mary!!! You are definetly getting strong. Disappointed at my double unders today..some days I'm flying through them and some days it feels like I have never done them in my entire life! More perfect practice on them will help me.
ReplyDeleteI did the entire WOD w/ 91 lbs. After I completed my workout I completed 5 more deadlifts at 114 lbs. After that, I did only 1 deadlift at 132 lbs. I think these are the correct weights, will double check w/ Eduardo on Friday. To think that when I first started a year ago I thought 15lbs was a lot weight. What a difference a year makes!! Move over guys....X-fit girls are hot, rough and tough!! HaHa!!
