Eduardo just informed me of some awesome new P.R.'s today!! We had an awesome day at CCCrossfit!! Everyone is getting stronger. New PR for me on Press.
ReplyDeleteI can remember when I was only able to to a 59lb deadlift. Today I did 192.... and 207 (i think) squat. Had trouble on the presses, got only 77lbs.
ReplyDeleteGood job Denise. I can remember when I thought 15lbs was a lot of weight. Congrats on those deadlifts, squats, and presses....I'm scare of you now!! I increased a little bit on deadlifts...only 148lbs. I am still a little weak on presses, I think i got to 75lbs.
