Some BMF's attempted the first WOD #1083 and others decided with WOD #1084

When I saw the WOD on the board I thought "Finally!" Now I am nursing my hands back to health.

ReplyDeleteEnjoyed this WOD....it seemed to challenge the whole body. I feel Burpee's are getting easier, at least I can do several before I have to take a little break.
