Happy Birthday Alex...hope you have a good one. This WOD was not easy, especially on 4 hours of sleep and the only one at 5am. A little disappointed....only completed 2 rounds. Due to "wind storm" did 800m row instead of running 2 laps.....bad mistake....should have run, maybe with the strong winds it would have carried me and helped me a little bit. Maybe next time!

ReplyDeleteHoly crap!! hard one today..and starting off tired did not help :( I agree with Jeremy!! One of the toughest WOD's i've done. I would rather do any other WOD...well...
