Tuesday 2/2/10 WOD # 1053 KG's What I Saw Today
After a tough WOD on Monday that many struggled through, it was nice to see how well everyone did on today's workout. I can see that the extra practice on the double unders is paying off as the WOD times keep getting better and better. Not only is your time improving each time you do your double unders, but you look cool as sh*t doing them. If you're still getting through on singles that's perfectly okay but make sure you are getting some practice in. Remember, Rocky wasn't filmed in one day (Either was Rocky II, Rocky III...damn how many of those movies are there?).
