As of November 1st, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class to start medicine ball warm-up. The Crossfit class will begin at time scheduled with some added drills and warm-ups by Eduardo and Kevin. Thank you.
I saved the rowing for last, by that time.... after the wallballs and LilB's I needed a paddle to keep going. Thanks to Eduardo and Rosie that kept me going. Rosie you are doing great!! I am glad you are working out in the mornings w/ us. Time was 28'12'06
ReplyDeleteNever know when to row first or last. Rowed first today, but by the 3rd round of wallballs, my legs were tired. Maybe I'll row last next to see how different it is. Still improved my time by 2 mins from last time.
ReplyDeleteI tried this workout today with a 40lb weight vest on. My time was 2min and 30 sec slower i guess thats not to bad for carrying around a small midget. haha
