As of November 1st, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class to start medicine ball warm-up. Eduardo decided I needed a 20lb MB and ofcourse my legs were screaming. Last time did this WOD was 9/09..and used 16mb or 20mb. Enjoyed working out with everyone this morning!
ReplyDeleteToday was my day off from working out. I already heard about the workout this morning. I have done this one and believe me, you have noodle legs all day long. Sort of, kinda of, sorry I missed this one. The only good thing about this work out is that it will make you have one of the best looking butts in town!!!
