As of November 1st, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class to start medicine ball warm-up. The Crossfit class will begin at time scheduled with some added drills and warm-ups by Eduardo and Kevin. Thank you.
I enjoy when we get the chance to work w/ weights. Need to work on those front squats and increase my weight a little bit more. Special welcome to Roland, our newest X-fit member who joined us this morning. Used 47 lbs and only 6 rounds. Since 2morrow is my day off, will miss my routine, but will be there Friday.
