Not sure which is worse...100 Burpees or 100 OH squats. I felt the pain in my legs by mid-afternoon. I like the statement above about perfect practice....sometimes I catch myself going faster than I should to finish and loose track of how to correctly complete the workout. I need to concentrate on formation and then speed.
