Happy B-Day Priscilla!
This was the first Crossfit WOD Priscilla did in 6/09 with completion of 50 wallball reps.
Now Priscilla is completing all 150 wallball reps and has improved her time dramatically! Karen is her least favorite WOD...and thanks to her son Alex whom suggested "Karen" for her B-Day WOD!

YES MAM, THAT IS TRUE.SHE KICKS MY BUTT.I STILL LEAVE THERE NAUSEATED AFTER THAT WORKOUT BUT I FEEL GREAT LATER!IM NOT DO RX YET, STILL USING 8LB BALL, BUT MY GOAL IS TO DO PRESCRIPTION(12 LB). THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT 6AM B-DAY GIFT!
